When the actor visited him at the Army Sports Institute in Pune, Chopra had his fan-boy moment.Neeraj Chopra won a gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics in javelin throw. This was Neeraj’s first time at the Olympics.He threw the javelin to a distance of 87.58m to pick the gold medal at the Tokyo Games.Randeep shared the moment on social media and said, “Where does one go from the top? Very few face this question and even fewer have the answers. I deeply feel that you do Neeraj Chopra.”While praising Neeraj, Randeep called him ‘Kasuta manas’ (amazing human being).For the unversed, both Randeep and Neeraj hail from Haryana.
The Olympian also feels that Randeep is the perfect choice to portray his life on the silver screen.
